Die 21 unterzeichnenden juristischen Organisationen, darunter das Internationale Observatorium f\u00fcr bedrohte Anw\u00e4lte (OIAD), bringen ihre tiefe Besorgnis \u00fcber die willk\u00fcrliche Inhaftierung und Verurteilung des Rechtsanwalts und Menschenrechtsverteidigers Ayachi Hammami am 2. Dezember 2025 in Tunesien, der allein aufgrund der Tatsache, dass er Angeklagte im sogenannten \u201eVerschw\u00f6rungsprozess\u201c\u201d vertreten hatte, zu f\u00fcnf Jahren Haft verurteilt wurde.<\/p>\n
