The OIAD expresses its great sadness and stunning shock following the assassination of the President of the Port au Prince Bar Association, Mr. Monferrier Dorval, on August 28th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n Mr. Monferrier Dorval is an eminent Haitian lawyer, constitutionalist and professor at the State University of Haiti. He was elected President of the Bar in February 2020.
