Mohammad Ali Dadkhah, destacado abogado y activista de los derechos humanos iran\u00ed, ha sido detenido y enviado a la prisi\u00f3n de Evin para cumplir una condena dictada hace m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada por presuntamente intentar derrocar el sistema isl\u00e1mico imperante.<\/p>\n
Mohammad Ali Dadkhah se encontraba en situaci\u00f3n de libertad condicional desde 2013.<\/p>\n
Mohammad Ali Dadkhah, que ha defendido a varios presos pol\u00edticos en Ir\u00e1n, entre ellos un pastor cristiano condenado a muerte por apostas\u00eda, es miembro fundador del Centro de Defensores de Derechos Humanos (DHRC) junto a la premio Nobel de la Paz, Shirin Ebadi.<\/p>\n
Desde las controvertidas elecciones presidenciales de junio de 2009, varios cofundadores y miembros del DHRC han sido encarcelados, entre ellos el abogado Abdolfattah Soltani y el periodista Abdolreza Tajik.<\/p>\n
