TURKEY: Report on the Observation Mission of the OIAD (OHD & CHD I Trials)

Report date: April 2021

The OIAD presents the Report of its Observation Mission to Turkey, dated April 2021, during which OIAD representatives met with unfairly imprisoned fellow lawyers and attended their hearings.
As the appeals against these trials are ongoing, an OIAD  representative is currently attending them.
