Description: The OIAD, represented by its delegates Antonio Fraticelli (Bologna) and Berta Alvarez Ciordia (CGAE), a attended the final phase of the trial of the President of the Istanbul Bar Association and the Bar Council in Silivri from 5 to 9 January 2026.
As a result of this hearing and a year of relentless mobilization, the OIAD witnessed the acquittal of the President and his Bar Council on 9 January 2026..
