The report reviews the judicial observation mission in which the OIAD, represented by Dominique Attias, participated in the context of the ÖHD trial before the 14th Chamber of the Caglayan Court. Since 2016, 52 individuals — including 12 lawyers — have been targeted for alleged membership of or support of the PKK. The report highlights numerous procedural irregularities, successive postponements and additional charges brought against lawyers Ramazan Demir and Ayse Acinickli, based on their social media posts, visits to detained clients and other acts that are part of the exercise of their profession.
