Description:
Antonio Fraticelli represented the OIAD during a judicial observation mission from 14 to 18 April 2025, following the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Istanbul Bar Association on 23 February 2025.
This hearing focused on the case against members and leaders of the TUHAD Association (Prisoners’ Families Solidarity Association), who were arrested for alleged offences committed between 2011 and 2014. Twelve people were arrested and, although initially released, three were returned to detention.
The trial proceeded without concrete evidence.
